Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 7-8 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

If you don't receive your tracking number within 24 hours from the time of your purchase please call us at +91 9810056965 and we shall inform you about the same.

 

International Shipping

Please get in touch with us via email : info@nexusbyupasna.com to place an order with us as shipping rates and delivery durations are variable according to your country and state.

 

SAME DAY DELIVERY

Same day deliveries are only available for addresses  in NEW DELHI, INDIA. The charges for the same will be charged differently. To get your ordered delivered on the same day please call us on +91 9810056965, +91 9810056964.

 

COURIERS

We ship all our orders through DELHIVERY, DTDC, SREE TIRUPATI COURIER SERVICE mostly. However for certain addresses other carriers can be used to ensure timely delivery.

 

COVID-19 UPDATE

Due to the ongoing pandemic and lockdown, our shipments can take longer than expected to deliver due to understaffing and limitation of resources. Kindly cooperate with us. 

Orders placed with us cannot be cancelled if a strict lockdown is implemented in New Delhi and our production stops. Your orders will be shipped once operations resume.
