Thank You for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However for any reason, you want your product exchanged, please refer to our below policies. Thank you for your cooperation.
Exchanges
Our Team works religiously to omit all errors from our side with multiple quality checks and run throughs. Regardless, human errors that are rare but unavoidable can occur and we are apologetic for the same. Each order is taken care of with utmost care and love.
If anyhow : a faulty, damaged, wrong item is delivered from our end you are eligible for an exchange only.
Please ensure you attach a video of opening up your parcel so that we can ensure the right action is taken to sort the issue out.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY OF OUR ITEMS AS WE ONLY PRODUCE AS MUCH AS WE CAN SELL.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
Please note, our products have enough loosing and margins in case the size is only 1-2 inches small. You can get it altered locally to reduce hassle.
All exchanges must be postmarked within 5 days of the purchase date. All items must be in new and unused conditions with all labels and tags attached.
To exchange an item, Please email us on info@nexusbyupasna.com or call on +91 9810056964 , +91 9810056965 to obtain a Return Merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
Include the proof of purchase (Bill) with the packed product and courier it to the address obtained through email. Please ensure the product is folded and packed properly and you don't cause any damage or spoilage as you send it to us.
Please note, you will be responsible for all the exchange shipping charges. We strongly recommend you use a trackable method/service. In case of any loss or damage of the product, we will not be exchanging the product and your purchase will be declared delivered from our end. Hence, please use a reputable service.
After receiving your exchange and inspecting the condition of the item, your exchange will be processed. Please allow us at least 15 days from the date of receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify by email/call to confirm the same.
EXCEPTIONS:- Face Masks, Eye Masks, Scrunchies cannot be exchanged to maintain hygiene levels.
- SALE items are not eligible for exchange unless a wrong size/ style is delivered to you than what you ordered.
- Washed, Ironed, Worn items cannot be exchanged.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
We don't entertain any refunds or cancellations whatsoever as we are working really hard to deliver quality products that undergo vigorous checks and inspections. We advise you to place your orders after proper understanding and decision making so that it reduces any hassle.
WE CURRENTLY DON'T HAVE A RETURN/ CANCELLATION/ REFUND POLICY.
Orders once placed are considered FINAL.
